Is Fear just a lie?

Fear is just a lie

We all experience fear, dread, panic from time to time. I know all of you here would like to change that. I read something very interesting in Being You, Changing the World by Dr. Dain Heer. Fear is a lie. It’s not true. Never is, never will be. You can rid yourself of fear. How sweet would that be????! He gives us an easy 3 step process to free ourselves from fear. It’s important to do this right at the time you are feeling fear.

Here it is:

Step 1 – Ask yourself, “Who does this belong to? “ If you feel lighter after asking it, then add, “Return to sender with consciousness attached.” That means the fear wasn’t yours to begin with and you can send the energy of it packing. No need to hang on to it. No need to know exactly who it belongs to or where to send it. The energy knows where it came from. It knows where to go. If you feel heavier after having asked the question, then it was something you created. Again, there is no need to hang onto that either. You can use a clearing statement like this, “Everywhere I created this fear, will I destroy and uncreate it? (answer yes) Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all nine, shorts, boys, and beyonds.” I have shared a video link that explains the clearing statement - it works like a magic wand as it clears whatever is limiting us from the point of creation of that problem/ issue or limitation

Step 2 – Ask yourself if it is fear you are feeling or just excitement. We sometimes get those two things confused without even knowing it. If it is excitement, he says to celebrate it. If it is fear, then carry on to Step 3.

Step 3 – Use a clearing statement for all the distractor implants that are creating the fear. Blame, shame regret, guilt, anger, rage, jealousy, hate, and doubt are all examples of distractor implants that take your focus off of reality so you don’t have to face it. You could say something like this: “Everywhere I am holding onto distractor implants, will I destroy and uncreate it? Yes! Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all nine, shorts, boys, and beyonds.”

As Dr Dain says in Being You, fear’s job is to stop you from moving forward. But now you have the tool that will kick it to the curb. How many times have we stopped from actualising the things we would have loved to because fear, doubt, anxiety have overtaken us? Have we let our fears and phobias paralyse us?
